Terms of Service
Site Templates.Expert (Cyberclick LLC) is online store for digital products. This agreement (‘Terms of Use’) explains the rules that apply to buying or providing services using the Templates.Expert (‘Website’, ‘Site’, ‘We’).
Our user terms apply to any use of the site whether or not you’re a member of the site. The user terms are between you and Templates.Expert. You’re making a legal commitment to us to stick to our user terms when you visit our site, so please read and understand them. If you don’t accept them then you will need to leave the site because any use, other than in agreement with these user terms, is unauthorised.
Templates.Expert may amend the Terms at any time, so we encourage users to review these terms on a regular basis. The dates at the beginning of these Terms are the latest updates to these Terms of Service, which will apply from the date of publication.
Registration
To use certain Services, the User must register by creating a username and password and activating the account. To do this, the User must provide a valid email address to which the User will receive notifications related to the Services.
The User agrees to provide the mandatory information required for registration, and also acknowledges that such information is true, complete and up to date. The user is solely responsible for updating such information. If the User provides false, outdated or incomplete information, or if Templates.Expert has reason to suspect it, Templates.Expert reserves the right to suspend or terminate the User’s account.
The user must protect and keep secret the account password and must not disclose it to third parties. The User must not allow other Users to access the Services through the User’s account, nor use another User’s account to access the Services.
The User is responsible for all operations carried out under the User’s account from any device. If the User suspects that another user is using his account, he must immediately notify Templates.Expert. Templates.Expert may suspend or terminate a User’s account if it believes that the User has violated these Terms.
Website Content
Templates.Expert remains the sole owner of all right, title and interest in the Site and reserves all rights not expressly granted under these Terms of Service. Templates.Expert may change, replace or discontinue the Site or any part of it at any time, for any reason, with or without notice, in Templates.Expert’s sole discretion. Templates.Expert provides the Site on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
All content on this Site, including, but not limited to, Images and their associated metadata (collectively, “Templates.Expert Content”), and the selection and arrangement of Templates.Expert Content, are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret. and other intellectual property laws and treaties. Any unauthorized use of any Templates.Expert Content violates such laws and these Terms of Use. Except as expressly provided herein or in a separate license agreement between you and Templates.Expert, Templates.Expert does not grant any express or implied permission to use the Site or any Templates.Expert Content. You agree not to copy, republish, crop, link, download, transmit, modify, adapt, create derivative works based on, rent, loan, sell, assign, distribute, display, perform, license, sublicense or reverse engineer the Site or any Templates.Expert Content. In addition, you agree not to use any data mining, robots or similar data and/or image collection and extraction methods in connection with the Site or Templates.Expert Content.
Nobody can use Templates.Expert to load resources without the permission of Templates.Expert; non-Templates.Expert websites or servers may not be copied or imitated to create images, the Templates.Expert logo, source code and all page layout design, copyright free, may not be used for anything other than the Templates.Expert.
Search and purchase of services
You must be 18 years of age or older to view and become a member of the Templates.Expert site. Membership is free. We refer to a member who buys services as a “buyer”.
Buyers are responsible for selecting products that meet their needs and for ensuring that all aspects of the products, including their scope, meet their needs.
The User will not interfere with the functioning of the Site or the Services, in particular, will not impersonate another user or person. The User agrees not to take any action that may damage, disable, overburden, impair or interfere with the normal use of the Site or Services, which may affect the security of the Site or Services, or which may in any way interfere with the Services offered by Templates.Expert. It is prohibited to use robots, spiders or any other mechanism, mobile application, program or tool to access, copy or manipulate any part of the Website or Services in any way that interferes with normal use of the Website without Templates.Expert’s prior express permission. Likewise, you may not obtain or attempt to obtain the content of the Website using any method or system not expressly authorized by Templates.Expert or not the normal method of accessing the Website.
The rights granted to the User in accordance with these Terms are personal and may not be transferred to any third party (including affiliates or organizations belonging to the same group of companies) in whole or in part, by any means, without prior, express and written consent from us.
Responsibility
The User acknowledges and agrees that the User assumes the risk of using the Website and its services at his own risk and that the User is solely responsible for any misuse or use of the Terms.
The User shall be liable for any damages suffered by Templates.Expert as a result of the User’s use of the Site and Services in violation of these Terms and shall accept any liability for which Templates.Expert may be held liable in the event of a breach of these Terms.
By way of example, and not limitation, Templates.Expert shall not be liable for any damage caused by:
• No breach of Templates.Expert’s liability, viruses, technical issues, interference, omissions, unavailability, power outages, telecommunications networks, or user equipment failures.
• Websites and services are delayed or unavailable due to defects or traffic congestion on the Internet, communications network, or power grid.
• Actions of a third party.
• Any event other than the direct control of Templates.Expert.
In addition to the willful misconduct of Templates.Expert and the nature of the user involved or the nature of the problem, applicable law provides that liability cannot be limited by agreement, the risk of use of the website and services by the user and Templates.Expert is not associated with the use of this website and services. Responsibility for any damage caused by the user.
Payment terms
The terms in this section apply to any order placed on the Site. Upon completion of any purchase of an order, the user is deemed to have read and accepted the terms of the order without exception.
Since the content of Templates.Expert is digital content, the right of cancellation does not apply, but does not affect the guarantees set forth in the applicable consumer protection rules.
Other
You agree that any dispute or claim arising out of a breach of this Agreement or the Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations.
These Terms of Use will not be interpreted or discriminated against by either party, but will be interpreted in accordance with the text. Any invalid or unenforceable part of these Terms of Use shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
