How to make a refund
You can request a refund on the Contact page. For a refund, you must provide a convincing reason.
We will issue a refund within 3 business days after you submit a cancellation request. How your refund is processed depends on your original payment method: if you are paying with a credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the issuing bank and processed by the issuing bank.
